it's super cool. let me just tell you that you can literally upload your music to google music and access it anywhere, anytime. i'm loving that no matter where i am i can get my music and it frees up a lot of space on my iphone, which is at max capacity at the moment. aaaaaaand, on top of that google gives you free music. anytime they have free songs available they'll put it in your music player (at set up you can choose what type of music to get, or choose all like i did and maybe you'll learn about new music!). this is a great idea and i'm so glad i've got it! it is by invite only, so go to google and sign up for an invite today. like, right now!

weekend recap

cancelled date night. sick pup. cleaning vomit for hours. dinner at 9:30 pm. early bed time. gym. vet for hours. two scrape tests. two ear swabs. two medications. lots of money. healthy puppy. errands. trav to work. me time. movie and crafts. lots of new whimsy bits stuff. laaaaaate bed time. sleeping in. lunch with josh. nap time. cooking. cleaning. new tv love. trav to work (again!). phone date with mom. early bed time.

This picture is from an article called "The Rescuing Hug". The article details the first week of life of a set of twins. Each were in their respective incubators and one was not expected to live. A hospital nurse fought against the hospital rules and placed the babies in one incubator. When they were placed together, the healthier of the two threw an arm over her sister in an endearing embrace. The smaller baby's heart stabilized and temperature rose to normal.

2. hugs. hugs are awesome. especially if they're the kind from your love, when you haven't seen each other in forever. or an equally awesome hug from a 19 month old who comes barreling at you and buries their face in your legs and wraps their arms around you like they're never gonna let go. yeah that one's pretty awesome too!

3. i just might like olives now. which is great because i hate having to ask for no olives. now if only i could work on those pesky mushrooms.
