huber's farm

this past sunday josh and trav and i headed to huber's farm for a birthday outing to celebrate jillian and josh!

the drive there is a little long from lexington so i got a tad bit bored...

once we arrived we had a delish lunch of fried chicken, country ham, mashed potatoes, dumplings, green beans, corn, broccoli salad, cole slaw, and their famous fried biscuits.

(not healthy, but oh so yummy!)

after lunch we started exploring the farm.

being silly (shout out to daddy's finger!)

then we headed out to the strawberry field for some pickin'!

jordan had no problem getting down in the plants and found a lot of great berries that way.

after the berry picking we headed over to the petting farm to see some of the animals.

these koi fish were crazy, they literally have the biggest mouths and love the fish food.

we had a great time. thanks dad and jillian for the awesome day and for lunch. and happy birthday again to josh and jillian!
