baby's size? W is the size of a crenshaw melon, around 5.75 pounds and still somewhere between 18 to 21 inches.
weight gain/loss? we're still under 30 lbs and that's all that matters to me at this point!
maternity clothes? um...duh. and hopefully they continue to fit for the next 4 weeks.
starting to show? large and in charge.
belly button in or out? still in, thank goodness.
stretch marks? very tiny, tiny ones in a few places. disappointing...being a woman sucks sometimes!
wedding rings on or off? still on and proud of the very little swelling i've had thus far. i attribute that to my craving for water all the time.
sleep? not great but not terrible. at least i can take a nap almost every day.
movement? little boy W has decided to camp out under my ribs and this makes for some pretty painful movements at times. although, i'm still thrilled to feel him in there!
labor signs? i've had some real contractions over the last week. nothing regular or super painful but def not BH. good sign?
best moment this week? having our baby shower on sunday. i cannot say enough great things about it! a big thanks to my mom and aunt for hosting, to our family and friends for their generous gifts and love for baby W and to everyone who drove from out of town just to be there. we are so lucky!
food cravings? water, chocolate and ice-cream. my apparent aversion to the cold stuff has gone away and i cannot get enough bluebell homemade vanilla. every night around 8 pm. seriously!
what i miss: sleep, feeling physically able, being a regular person? and beer.
anything making you queasy or sick? since baby boy is getting bigger his movements are much harder and intentional. sometimes he moves so much it makes me sea sick!
what i'm looking forward to: getting the nursery finished up this next week (pics to come!), finishing up the shopping for W, washing everything and our 37 week appointment next thursday.
how are you feeling? pretty good. i'm cranky and tired a lot, still having lots of pressure and just ready for W.
