my first peddler's mall

i have never been to a peddlers mall. well, until a month or so ago. 

there's on off new circle road here in lexington that i pass all the time and i have always wanted to go in but never had the courage!

well i bit the bullet and did it.

there was A LOT of junk but some treasures too.

 anyone still have a million of these guys hanging around their house? too bad we didn't sell ours while they were hot!

 there were a couple of booths with some great silver and china. too bad i didn't need any, though.

i LOVED this vintage sewing machine, but didn't love the price tag. i thought peddler's malls were supposed to be cheap. no? well now i know!

this old doll cradle was adorable. the girls would've loved it.

there were so many booths full of vintage children's clothing. i loved it all.

reallly? i guess you have to expect the 80's when you go to a peddler's mall!

it was a good experience and there was a lot of really great stuff amongst the junk. i ended up going home with some mason jars and a bunch of sewing supplies for less that $5...pretty good trip, if i don't say so myself!
